By default snapshots are marked as private. However, you can open them up and share them with other people in your team.  Click on the "Share" icon from the specified snapshot and change its permissions to "Shared" and copy the link that is provided.  Send it to whomever you want to instantiate that snapshot and they will be prompted with the "Create Container from Snapshot" form.
