Each container may have multiple snapshots.  The snapshot will include the Zend Server instance, MySQL database, configuration, applications and source control.  Taking a snapshot of your container is quite easy as the following screenshot shows.

When you want to instantiate a snapshot click on the Launch button.  This will create a new container in the same state as it was when you created the snapshot.

From there it will take you to the new container screen, with a different message.
